Mr. Orlando Jimenez is the Founder and President of MRI San Jose, Costa Rica, a recruitment solutions leader within the Food Industry, General Manufacturing, Banking, IT and Telecommunications. He has more than 25 years of business experience in high level Marketing and Managerial Positions and has had a successful career as CEO of one of the biggest exporting companies of Costa Rica, as well as in International Marketing jobs for having held positions in Mexico and Europe, developing markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has also great experience in the Central America market: Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. Orlando has a Post Graduate Degree in Economics from the University of Manchester U.K..
Mr. Raul Mena is an Industrial Engineer with advanced studies in Chemical Engineering. He has more than 30 years experience in the Food Industry as well as in diversity of manufacturing positions in the Glass Industry and Aircraft Assembly Operations. He has worked for local and multinational companies in the U.S. He specializes in Operations, Quality Control, Logistics, IT as well as Sales and Marketing where he also held important positions as General Manager. He contributed also to the start up of the Industrial Production Program at Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica.
Mrs. Giselle Chu has an MBA with a minor degree in Marketing and another one, in Human Resources from Universidad Latina de Panama; as well as post graduate studies in Psychology from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua. She has over 12 years of experience as Human Resources Specialist, during the last 8 years as Human Resources Manager in a variety of industries. Her experience as a Head Recuiter working for Multinational companies abroad Latin America has turned her experience into a successful desk specializing in recruiting top talented executives.
