Mr. Orlando Jimenez is the Founder and President of MRI San Jose, Costa Rica, a recruitment solutions leader within the Food Industry,
General Manufacturing, Banking, IT and Telecommunications.
He has more than 25 years of business experience in high level Marketing and Managerial Positions and has had a successful career as CEO of one of the biggest exporting companies of Costa Rica, as well as in International Marketing jobs for having held positions in Mexico and Europe, developing markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has also great experience in the Central America market: Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.
Orlando has a Post Graduate Degree in Economics from the University of Manchester U.K.
Mr. Gerardo Bermudez has an MBA with a minor degree in Marketing from National University of San Diego, CA. as well as post graduated studies in Banking and Finance. He has more than 20 years experience in the Fresh Food Industry and fast moving consumer goods. He has held General Management, Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing positions. Mr. Bermudez has also a great knowledge of the Latin American retail market, since he has done consulting jobs for small to medium sized supermarket chains in Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, Ecuador and Panama among others. He has turned his experience into a successful desk specializing in recruiting top talented executives that will bring in the most value to Food Manufacturing Firms, as well as Companies in the Retail and Fresh Produce businesses.
Mr. Raul Mena is an Industrial Engineer with advanced studies in Chemical Engineering. He has more than 30 years experience in the Food Industry as well as in diversity of manufacturing positions in the Glass Industry and Aircraft Assembly Operations. He has worked for local and multinational companies in the U.S. He specializes in Operations, Quality Control, Logistics, IT as well as Sales and Marketing where he also held important positions as General Manager. He contributed also to the start up of the Industrial Production Program at Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica.
